We handover all of our shipments the very next day morning to our shipping partners. We deliver our orders within 4 to 5 days. All custom and offline orders take a bit higher time. Please contact packaging@shiprocket.in if in case you face any issue related to delivery.
We source packaging from well established firms who use quality raw material to craft packaging products. We are entitled to offer good quality products whereas You may compromise with quality while working with local vendors and it may impact your orders while routing to your customers. GSM refers to grams per square meter, and is a unit of measurement used to measure the weight and thickness of cardboard and paper. It's an important measurement for packaging because it indicates the quality and strength of the material, and how it will affect the appearance and feel of the packaging. We use 180 or 140 GSM paper boxes which is best suitable for ecommerce.
Microns stands for unit of measurement used to measure the thickness of plastic, such as polythene, and other materials. We use 60 + microns bags on our website.
